Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders for the provision of services is to provide temporary staff (scrapers, collection bin drivers, waste disposal site guards and bin maintenance agents) within the waste preventio n and management department of Epernay Agglo Champagne. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year from 04/04/2025, or failing that, from its subsequent notification date. The number of renewal periods is set at two (2).
