Description - Description: The project consists of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrade, including the addition of new VRF heat pump systems and ERV's for fresh air. The contractor shall act as the general contractor and be responsible for pu rchase and installation of all major equipment, associated ductwork, associated electrical work, associated refrigeration work and drainage piping.
