Since its a cquisition by the Town in 2017, the site has been the subject of extensive community interest and multiple Council initiatives, including public engagement efforts and strategic planning. However, previous processes, including a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) in 2022, were concluded without achieving Council’s objectives.Building on this foundation, the Town now seeks innovative public engagement to reimagine the future of this site,
