Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Geotechnical, Hydrogeological and Environmental Investigation s in Support of Welland Water Treatment Plant LLPS and Tail Race Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
