Description - Description: The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) requires support to plan and execute the 2025 USGS National Water Data Training Workshop (NWDTW) in July or August 2025. The event will comprise of approximately 500 USGS employees and will occur in the Washington DC area or state Virginia. In addition to the workshop, a 4-day on-site planning session comprised of approximately 18 USGS employees to be held sometime between April and June 2025 is included in the request. The purchase is contingent on the vendor's capability to furnish hotel rooms to attendees as follows: For the on-site planning session, a block of tax-exempt rooms will be required to accommodate an estimated 18 attendees; total
