Description - Description: The works are the construction of a formal carpark on the site of the current gravel carpark, at the intersection of Moreland Avenue and Ranford Crescent, opposite the Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre.The works include excavatio n, pavement layers, asphalt surfacing, kerbing, kerb ramps, permeable paving footpath, supply and plant trees and small plants.
