Description - Description: The City of St. John's is looking to procure Construction Management Services (Pre-Construction & Construction) for a new fire station located in Goulds, Newfoundland and Labrador. The new station will service Goulds and the surrounding areas and will replace the existing volunteer fire station. It will include 3 drive-through service bays, an apparatus, bay floor, kitchen, training and sleeping quarters as well as some administrative space.
