Description - Description: The Contractor shall build the new Admissions & Advancement building according to the drawings provided. This building is a new 3-story, 30,000 sf rectangular building with a curtainwall feature “pop-out” on the north and south eleva tions. The roof is a low slope, “butterfly” shaped that overhangs the south façade. The mechanical equipment is located on the roof and is concealed with horizontal louvered screening.
