Description - Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth o f Virginia. Experience in renovation of historic buildings and the infrastructure located within them. The AE selected will provide for the complete renovation of the approximate 41,572 GSF Virginia Hall Building and the adjoined approximate 19,815 GSF, 1300 seat Anderson Turner Auditorium. Interior renovations will address critical systems at this facility including HVAC improvements and replacements, installation of building automation controls
