Description - Description: Roof replacement projects may be issued for any of the facilities within the OCDSB.Projects may range in value from $50,000 to $3,000,000.The majority of the work will be scheduled during the months of July and August. However, some work may occur during the school year and/or when the facilities are occupied.Contractors will be evaluated separately for prequalification to bid on future projects in four categories detailed below.
