Description - Description: The subject of the tender is the acquisition and protection of 500 tons of frozen meat (hereinafter also “meat”). The meat will be part of the state material reserves (hereinafter also “HR”) and will be the property of the Czech Republic. The Administration, as the contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the powers of the State Material Reserves Administration, as amended, ensures the defense capability and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of vital economic interests of the state.The subject of the tender is divided according to Section 35 of the Act into 10 (ten) separate parts,
