Description - Description The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2324-057 for the provision of Diamond Creek Tennis Court Resurfacing for Courts 3 & 4.This project is for the resurfacing and refurbishment of courts 3 & 4 at the Diamond C reek Tennis Courts at Phipps Crescent, Diamond Creek.
