Description - Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), has a requirement to establish a Supply Arrangement to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers for two Streams per marine data collection ca mpaign: Stream 1 – Campaign & Data Manager and Stream 2 – Data Collector.
