Description - Description: The Penitentiary Institution (PI) Haaglanden in Scheveningen consists of a Penitentiary Psychiatric Centre (PPC) and the Judicial Centre for Somatic Care (JCvSZ). In addition, this location houses capacity for the International Tribunals and the International Criminal Court (ICC). The complex consists of several buildings of different ages.
