Description - Description: The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Northeast Region, requires herbicide treatment of approximately 220 acres of Locust trees (Black, Bristly, Honey) in Franklin Township, Bradford County PA as per Attachment 1 – ‘Herbicide Speci fications’.
