Description - Description: 1055 Churchill Downs Road (See Figures 1-2, Pictures 1-3): The work consists of removing (2) existing catch basin tops and grates and replacing with (2) GDOT 1034 catch basin tops and throats modified to match existing road grade, removi ng approx. 40 LF of existing rolling curb and replacing with approx. 24 LF of 24¿ curb and gutter modified to match existing road grade, removing and repouring (2) structure inverts, grouting all structure walls, and installing approx. 30 LF of 18¿ Cured- in-Place Pipe (CIPP) inside the cross drain pipe.
