Description - Description: The Corporation is seeking a consultant to perform a Property Condition Assessment (“PCA”) at four Metro Vancouver recycling and waste centres: North Surrey Recycling and Waste Centre;North Shore Recycling and Waste Centre; United B oulevard Recycling and Waste Centre and;Maple Ridge Recycling and Waste Centre. Across this course of this multi-year contract, the PCA for each site is to be followed by an annual review for two consecutive years beginning approximately one year after the initial PCA.
