Description - Description: The awarded Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to convert the emergency power generator from analog to digital, provide and install a 400kVA @ 480vac interim generator, and transfer all control and power wiring, as specified herein at the DMV Headquarters for the term of this Agreement and under emergency conditions.
