Description - Description: This RFQ is intended to solicit responses for a contractor to supply, screen, load, haul, deliver, mix and stack winter sand in the locations as shown for each Ward. Phase One of this project is for completion on or before August 30, 202 4. Phase Two of this project is for completion in February, 2025.Work done shall be in accordance with OPSS Form 531.
