Description - Description: The City of Quinte West (City) is undertaking a project to upgrade the West End Trunk Sanitary Sewer (TSS) within Trenton. This trunk sewer will provide capacity for growth in the western areas of Trenton and begins around the intersecti on of Dundas St. W. and 2nd Dug Hill Rd. and terminates near the Fraser Park Marina.
