Description - Description: The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (Client) wishes to hire a coastal seine vessel/purse seiner for tagging and biological sampling of NVG herring for approximately 20 days. The period is basically November/December, but if there are no herring that overwinter in the fjords, it may be appropriate to move to after spawning in April. The contract has a duration of 2 years and applies from and including 01.01.2025 to and including 31.12.2026, with an option to extend for two years. The vessel must have a quota for herring for the voyage. The Marine Research Institute reserves the right to inspect the vessel and check relevant documentation before entering into a contract and
