Description - Description: The assignment is linked to the MAREANO programme, which maps benthic habitats and communities in Norwegian sea areas in terms of bathymetry, geology, biology and chemistry. The mapping focuses on both common and vulnerable nature types and biotopes as well as on species diversity and biological production in the benthic environment.
