Description - Description: Larvik Municipality will procure assistance for the construction of a new access road and groundworks for the new wastewater treatment plant in Kvelde, located approximately 200 m into Svartangveien (FV 3046), from Lågendalsveien (FV 40 ). The access road is designed to be approximately 380 meters long with a slope to the site for the new wastewater treatment plant. There are challenges with ground conditions in the area, so parts of the access road, approximately 2100 m2, must be stabilized with lime cement.
