Description - Description: The project includes additional measures for electrification and speed increase of the Lehrter Stammbahn (route 6107) and the installation of individual transfer connections between routes 6107 and6185. In this context, a 740m overtaking track will also be built near Gardelegen. In addition, the superstructure of the high-speed route 6185 will be renewed in the slab track design. The additional areas for the electrification of route 6107 cover a total of around 18km, which are located in the sections between Rathenow station and the Wuster Damm junction and between the Schönhausen West junction and the existing overhead line in the Stafelde/Bindfelde junction.
