Description - Description: Construction of Landfill Cell 3 at the Solid Waste Facility located in Yellowknife, NT within Lot 1, Block 313 at the corner of Highway 3 and Highway 4. The Works include the construction of Cell 3 at the Solid Waste Facility, for the Ci ty of Yellowknife. The construction of Cell 3 will generally consist of landfill cell earthworks, geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) installation, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner installation, and construction of associated site works including leachate collection system, berms, roads, and ditches.
