Description - Description: The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: College Ave Infrastructure Improvements Phase 2. This project involves reconstruction of College Avenue West between Gordon Street and University Aven ue West. The scope of work includes replacement of existing wastewater sewers, replacement of existing watermain, construction of a new protected cycle track along College Avenue West, construction of new curb and sidewalk, and construction of a new protected intersection at Gordon Street and College Avenue West.
