Description - Description: The purpose of this unsealed Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain responses from qualified masonry contractors to perform the restorations and repairs to the foundation of the Historic Sycamore Taven in accordance with the requirements herein for Hanover County General Services – Facilities Management Division. The Contractor shall provide all mobilization, supervision, labor, materials, machinery/equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary for installing foundation under the building to help support and keep the structure solid.
