Description - Description: The EBL intends to obtain four (two transformers fixed, 2 transformers optionally) of high-quality 25 MVA performance transformers (50kv / 13.6kv).In addition to the delivery, the EBL expects various other services for the delivery and a ssembly of the transformer on the installation sites and to connect to all change systems (secondary technology, grounding, .).A design phase is carried out with the evaluated provider with the purpose of capturing mutual understanding of the required delivery objects. If the design phase cannot be completed, the client is entitled to refrain from referring further services by the contractor and to dissolve the work delivery contract prematurely
