Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of Brockville invites qualified cemetery software providers to submit proposals to provide sales and management software, with the option to provide a secure online portal for funeral homes, monument companies , and the public at the Brockville Cemetery. This software will allow for in-person and online sales, records management, and maintenance tracking with an emphasis on ease of use for all users. The software shall provide reporting functionality for staff and must be formatted for compliance with regulations under the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002. The intent of this RFP is to enter into a five-year agreement for the software.l
