Description - Description: On the occasion of the development of the electricity supply law (StromVG) or the revision of the energy law (Eng) in 2007, the parliament decided "competitive tenders for efficiency measures", in particular to reduce electricity consump tion. The corresponding funding for the competitive tenders come from a fund that is transferred to the power grid via a surcharge.
