Description - Description: Designed in 1982, the building that currently houses the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts de Paris-Cergy no longer meets the functional needs, nor the current educational and artistic objectives linked to the emergence of new media and new forms or practices of art. This is why the State has decided to build a new building in Cergy-Pontoise.
