Description - Description: The MRC Les Jardins-de-Napierville (MRCJDN), the MRC des Maskoutains (MRCM) and the MRC d’Acton (MRCA) wish to have a Climate Plan for their MRC, as part of the Accelerate Local Climate Transition (ATCL) Program, of the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP). Component 1 of the ATCL program supports municipal organizations in developing a Climate Plan. The project consists of supporting participating MRCs in developing their Climate Plan. One (1) Climate Plan per MRC must be produced. It is hoped that a common working methodology will be used to carry out the various stages of the Climate Plans of the three (3) MRCs. However
