Description - Description: Council is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of landfill cell liners for the new Mundubbera Landfill. The project requires the following;- Geosynthetic Clay Liner- High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Liner- Geotextile LinerThe Tec hnical Specification requirements of the liners has been supplied as part of this tender as “Part 3_Technical Specifications”.In parallel to this procurement, Council is working to procure a Civil Works contractor to undertake the construction of the project.
