Description - The GCA is currently seeking a quote from qualified vendors for General Contractor Services to renovate the 2nd floor of 3036 Danforth Ave. The scope includes the main floor programming area (approx. 4,300 sq feet) and will involve minor interior dem olition of some partition walls to repurpose the space into classrooms suitable for programming needs for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Scope also includes removing and replacing the flooring, updating/adding client washrooms, adding a kitchenette, and painting.
