Description - Description: During the cleaning of the main pump cellars, the sludge that was present in them was removed. This sludge was sampled by the Contractor and was found to be contaminated with PFAS. The Contractor then removed the sludge to an approved pr ocessing company. The Contractor had not taken into account sludge contaminated with PFAS in advance. Based on AW Art. 2.163e - unforeseen circumstances, the Contractor is entitled to the amount involved in this change included in the column "money" at €7,306.10 excl.
