Description - Description: The Bureau of Safe Drinking Water (BSDW) of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requires a contractor (hereafter referred to as the contract laboratory) experienced in the analysis of cyanotoxins in ambient surf ace waters used as a source of supply for a public water system and in finished drinking water.
