Description - Description: THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 13 SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. Reference attachments for full description of requirement. NOTES: 1. CONTRACT TYPE: The Government anticipates award of a single contrac t as a result of this request for proposal (RFP). The resultant contract will contain both firm fixed-price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) type contract line item numbers (CLIN). While the primary contract requirement classifies as FFP, there shall be a yearly T&M CLIN for unscheduled repairs. All unscheduled repairs made under the applicable T&M CLINs shall be at the agreed upon fixed labor rate. 2: Offerors attention is directed to Clause 5
