Description - Description: PROJECT INFORMATION1. Summerland Health Centre requires replacing the existing rooftop units at Dr. Andrew Pavilion Long Term Care Facility. RTUs to be replaced with more reliable equipment for the safety and comfort of the clients at th is facility. The original specifications for the RTUs do not meet the needs of the site requirement and equipment is beyond its expected life cycle for both heating and cooling purposes.
