Description - Description: Scope includes the removal and replacement of a catch basin in the southwest corner of the theatre parking lot and a new 8” diameter storm sewer inside the theatre. The new 8” DR28 PVC storm sewer shall be installed along the propose d alignment from the new catch basin to the existing sump inside the theatre basement. The existing PVC/clay tile storm drain is to be abandoned and filled with grout where it isn’t removed by conflict with the new 8” sewer alignment. 2 sets of concrete stairs are required to be removed with one set being reinstated as concrete and the other with new galvanized steel stairs with attached handrail.The new catch basin shall be installed with a
