Description - Description: The City of Courtenay (the “Owner”) invites proposals for the scope of work described in this Request for Proposals (RFP).This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is for the construction of the 6th Street Active Transportation Bridge. The bridge will provide a third crossing over the Courtenay River within the City of Courtenay and is intended to provide an active transportation link between east and west Courtenay that is accessible to all users.
