Description - Description: The city of Trier has been operating an internet portal as an information platform for its citizens under the domain www.trier.de since 1998. The city administration's homepage receives an average of 150,000 hits and around 400,000 page views per month. The city also operates seven microsites for municipal institutions in the same editorial system as www.trier.de, which together record an additional 31,000 page views per month. The city would like to introduce a new content management system (CMS) for these websites. A service provider is sought who will provide a CMS, tailor it to the needs of the client (customizing), migrate the data from the existing system to the new system
