Description - The USGS is seeking the procurement of Atlassian Jira, and Confluence software. The Office of Communications and Publishing uses the COTS Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Manager products for day-to-day project management activities. The current version is called Server and these versions of all Atlassian products are no longer supported. To continue to use the software, OCAP needs to move to the Data Center versions of the products. OCAP relies heavily on these products for day-today operations and planning, working with developers, supporting customers, training content managers, and documenting products.
