Description - Description: New construction of a workshop for people with disabilities and the support center 95339 Neuenmarkt The construction and real estate management of DiakoneoKdöR intends to build the "integrated work landscape Neuenmarkt". This consists o f the new construction of a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) with 250 places and the new construction of a support center with 48 places. The new construction of the two aforementioned facilities replaces an existing facility and is subsidized. The building comprises a three-part chamber structure of the work and support areas with an eligible requirement of approx. 5,089 m² for the WfbM and approx. 1,324 m² for the support center.
