Description - Description: EPFL intends to acquire a chemical bench for batch lift-off for its Center for Micro and Nanotechnology (CMi).The evaluation will be based on the quality of the processes, the robustness of the equipment, the ease of use/maintenance, and its speed of learning. Process performance will be evaluated in terms of uniformity, reproducibility and throughput time.The general requirements are:•Execution of lift-off processes according to “best-known methods” with 4 baths (see document)•Ease of use, administration (recipe management) and maintenance. Low extraction demand, electrical power, batch chemistry.•Quality of technical support and long-term availability of spare parts.
