Description - Description: The department of growth and learning of the city of Espoo wants to order a digital reading and writing skills evaluation/testing tool to be used in different grades of basic education in elementary and middle school. The evaluation tool must be standardized by scientific research methods and versatile in content. The assessment tool must be suitable for group testing and the results must be usable for the assessment and monitoring of reading and writing skills at the student, group, school and municipality level. In order to utilize municipal-level data, logging into the evaluation service must be done using, for example, MPASSid. The digital evaluation tool must be easy to use
