Description - Description: The acquisition focuses on the measurement services produced by the Port of Helsinki (hereinafter also the contracting entity or subscriber) for the Western project. The subscriber provides measurement services for the part projects of t he Western Project through the partners selected for the framework arrangement. The content, timetable and reporting of the assignments to be commissioned by the framework arrangement shall be agreed upon separately on a specific basis. The acquisition is divided into the following areas: (a) municipal technical measurements in port environment b) tunnel measurements c) Construction and building technology measurements d) Sea measurement provider
