Description - Description: Broadstone campus consists of a series of buildings. It is a shared overall site between Dublin Bus and Bus Eireann. The primary function of the campus is as an operational bus maintenance depot for both companies. The site will remain l ive throughout the construction period. Bus Atha Cliath (BAC) are seeking to award a construction contract to a suitably qualified main contractor to construct the new Dublin Bus corporate Headquarters (HQ) and Training Centre. It is intended that the contract form will be a PW CF1 contract. There are two main buildings and some other areas may come into scope in adjacent buildings for refurbishment (to be further defined at tender issue stage).
