Description - Description: The contracting authority shall procure a system for vehicle administration that shall be used for all of the municipality ́s vehicles, both owned and leased, and shall be independent of the vehicle supplier at all times. The system sha ll also include tracking devices in all vehicles, an electronic logbook, information on the degree of use of the vehicles, as well as options for car sharing and route planning. The system shall have the possibility to include management of e-cycles, hangers and other equipment.
