Description - Description: This research will develop a Theory of Change to understand the relationship between national policy on VAWDASV and the outcomes of people the policy seeks to effect. Stakeholders from the VAWDASV Blueprint action plan will be involved i n developing a logic model to better understand how the shared governance structure approach supports the implementation of the national strategy. The Theory of Change will also support stakeholders to make strategic decisions for the delivery of the VAWDASV strategy in its current form and inform its review in the future.
