Description - This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) issued by The Town of Blackfalds (the “Town”) is an invitation to submit binding proposals for the provision of services related to the hauling and disposal of solid waste and recyclables within the Town of Blackfalds municipal boundaries to the City of Red Deer (the “CRD”) Landfill.
